The company director is a fully qualified teacher and has many years’ experience of working with children in the Primary age group.
Our Business/Admin Manager is a previous School Business Manager, with a vast knowledge of the requirements of working in schools and with children.
We will always have the following staff roles, working closely alongside the senior management:
After School Club Daily Manager
Each setting will have a suitably qualified Daily Manager, with experience working in the education sector and alongside children in the primary age group.
They will be responsible for managing the daily running of the After-School Club; organising and planning suitable activities and working closely with senior management to ensure the sound recruitment and retention of the correct calibre of staff.
Early Years Lead Key Play Worker
Our aim is to have at least one fully qualified level 3 Early Years specialist working in each of our settings. This person will be responsible for the planning and leading of activities for the Reception children, who fall under the EYFS curriculum, which we follow closely.
In line with Government Guidelines, we remain open to offer childcare to parents/carers.
I am sure you are now aware that the country has moved into STAGE 4 of the Covid-19 recovery plan. This will impact our provision and we have therefore amended our Risk assessment to reflect these changes.
